Welcome to Alice Rainbow Yoga.
I teach inclusive yoga and mindfulness in Dunfermline and West Fife, with warmth, joy and authenticity, creating supportive spaces for people to breathe, move, rest and reconnect just as they are.

From Feel Good Monday to Ashtanga, Spiral Flow, Chair Yoga and Yoga in the Glen, you can find me teaching in community spaces, leisure centres and outdoors in nature.
